Quan Lạn EcoTrip is a digital marketing project focused on promoting travel experiences to Quan Lạn Island. The project’s objective was to increase brand awareness, attract potential travelers, and generate tour bookings through strategic content marketing and paid advertising across TikTok and Facebook.

As a Digital Marketer and Content Creator, I was responsible for producing engaging visual content, including video editing, photo editing, and social media creatives. I created short-form videos that showcased the island’s natural beauty, customer experiences, and tour highlights while optimizing content for each platform’s algorithm to maximize organic reach and audience engagement.

In addition to content production, I managed and optimized TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. My responsibilities included developing advertising creatives, identifying target audiences, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as reach, engagement, video views, and conversions, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) while maintaining cost efficiency.

Throughout the campaign, I combined organic content strategies with paid media to maximize visibility and customer acquisition. By leveraging trending content formats, storytelling techniques, and data-driven optimization, the project successfully reached a large audience across both platforms.

The campaign achieved more than 4 million video views, significantly increasing the brand’s online visibility and engagement. More importantly, the integrated marketing strategy contributed to over 1,000 confirmed tour bookings, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining high-quality content with performance advertising to drive measurable business results.

This project strengthened my expertise in Content Marketing, Video Editing, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing. It also enhanced my ability to create data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize paid advertising performance, and develop content strategies that effectively convert audience engagement into real business outcomes.

The success of Quan Lạn EcoTrip reflects my capability to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns—from creative content production to paid media execution—while delivering measurable results in both brand awareness and sales performance.
